Quickly find answers to common questions
Do I need matched books?
No. TocoTalk works with books you already own. AI recognizes content and reads it aloud in Chinese, English, and more languages.
Does it support cloud listening imports?
Yes. After you authorize Baidu Netdisk, TocoTalk can browse the authorized folder, preview audio files, and set the folder as a listening source for family devices. It is only used to access audio content you explicitly authorize, not for public sharing or resale.
Which languages are supported?
TocoTalk supports reading and translation across Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and more.
How do I connect Wi-Fi?
Hold the power button on first use to enter setup mode. Open the TocoTalk app and follow the prompts. 2.4G Wi-Fi is supported.
How is membership billed?
Core reading features are free. Advanced features require membership. Plans are available in the app.
Is privacy protected?
Yes. The camera works only when triggered, transmission is encrypted, and personal information is not shared with third parties.
What is the after-sales policy?
We provide a 7-day return policy for intact products and a one-year warranty for quality issues.
